a love list for your weekend

Last weekend we went out to Night Market.

I have a push/pull feeling with these things. I want to go check out the action but I get overwhelmed in crowds. We went to this one because our youngest niece was performing with her aerial gymnastics company.

I'm really glad Lexington is host to this, and we did have fun before the crowd got too sticky.

...there is something insidious about assuming that women are there to add “women’s issues” to what is otherwise “neutral” theology. It implies that theology written by men (mostly white men, incidentally) is neutral theology, while women add the “on-the-side issues” that are not central. But in fact, no one gives you neutral theology.

Have I ever told you that I want to live in Berkeley?

Drinking more coffee can lead to a longer life, new studies say Well. How about that? I'm drinking my morning cup this week with Trader Joe's coconut creamer.

I'm enjoying an extra special love with Trader Joe's this week because when I was there doing my shopping, I left my purse in the cart, put the the cart in the cart return in the parking lot, then drove away. I was almost home when I realized what I'd done. I call TJ's. They ran out and grabbed my bag, which was still there, and held it for me until I got back.

Most people are good and mean you no harm and in fact want what's best for all.

Have a beautiful weekend, my friends.
