joy in the midst of suffering

There's so much going on in our world right now, and therefore, in our hearts.

Have you been looking over your shoulder recently, trying to see if your fears are catching up to you? If so, you are not alone. A great many of us are worried about the possibility of war, economic meltdown, social collapse. We feel those things right behind us. Worry about them follows us wherever we go. But please remember this: fear can never catch hope. No matter how hard it tries, fear forever remains a shadow. Keep walking into the light. Keep praying for peace. Keep working for economic and social justice. With every step forward, fear falls farther behind.

We're under a full moon and I'm talking in the studio about the energy of now, eclipses, transitions, and engaging joy even in the midst of suffering.

In this video, I mention Anessa Arehart. You can find her here.

I'm practicing yoga with Adriene.

Astrologers are saying this full moon will be a breakthrough, giving us the opportunity to let go of the old and step into a new reality.

So maybe God is pouring some extra love on us this week. I'm certainly opening the door to that.

I'd love to hear from you.

How are you feeling?

What's going on in your life?
