the love list

It’s Friday, and this is the love list, where I notice what I loved this week.

If you are here in the states, I hope you are enjoying a long weekend.

I didn’t do a lot of reading this week. I didn’t do a lot of anything except paint, get ready for Nashville, and get ready for Thanksgiving.

I did go to my youngest niece’s school program and it was amazing. Every school should be this beautiful, and should allow its young people to read and write real poetry and sing real music.

I was deeply moved.

I listened to this and highly recommend it.

I thought this was riveting.

This was the first BLE Thanksgiving for me and you know what, it was easy peasy. Instead of pie, I had coffee.

I started the morning with this one from a Lexington roastery.

And had another after the meal.

We had a lovely Thanksgiving gathering.

And today Tracy and I went for a hike.

It was beautiful and peaceful.

I hope wherever you are right now, it’s beautiful and peaceful.
