It’s Friday, and time for the first Love List of 2019!
I’ve put away some of the Christmas decorations, but the trees stay up until Epiphany, which falls on a Sunday this year! It’s super geeky to be excited about that, but I am.
Both my New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day were quiet and relaxed.
We stayed in for New Year’s Eve. Tracy made dinner and we watched Thin Man movies.
On New Year’s Day, I watched the Rose Bowl Parade, a tradition I love (one of these days, I’m going to be there in person), I took a nice long salt bath. I painted. I didn’t leave the house at all.
I’m fine with that.
But as much as I love the holidays, I’m glad to be getting back into my routine of painting and yoga and picking the girls up from school.

Let’s Have a Difficult Conversation made me think about straight talk, when I offer it and when I don’t. When I accept it and when I don’t.
I wonder if my aura needs healing?
I wish you a blessed Epiphany and a warm and wonderful new year.
Tomorrow, we have a new moon solar eclipse in Capricorn.
It seems like a good time to think about that for which we are grateful as well as what we are inviting in to our experience.
I encourage you to keep this practice of love listing with me. Noticing even the smallest moments of pleasure or joy or beauty aligns us with the flow of goodness.
So, what did you love this week?
