A Litany of Penance for Ash Wednesday

This is a fascinating story from Life After Sixty With Sandra:

"She was talking to me from another sphere that I couldn't understand."

Bite Beauty

Lush Karma Perfume

Spicy, citrusy and distinctly unique, Karma is a patchouli, sweet orange and lemongrass perfume that creates a scent that's both warm and enticing. It's our ode to hippies and head shops, and was inspired heavily by music. Karma has topped our charts since it was launched and we love it so much, we had to create a Karma body lotion, soap, shampoo bar and bubble bar so you can surround yourself in it.

Pacifica Sandalwood Roll-On

Rich sandalwood, a symbol of compassion and enlightenment, is at the heart of this cherished woody blend, with top notes of tangerine and sweet orange.

My yoga practice took a turn this week - on Wednesday, I realized I felt energized afterward instead of tired. This was a big deal.

I had a good birthday.

I was celebrated well - even though it's Lent.

I am surrounded by flowers.

I wish you love and love and more love this weekend.
