the love list

This week was weird.

I felt sort of...removed.

I did manage to work on a big household project, and that was super gratifying.

And I made a decision about a big lifestyle change.

So, stuff happened, even though it felt like nothing happened.

Also, I'm done with the heat and humidity. My neighbor said yesterday, August breaks you. You think you don't want summer to end, but then August reminds you that you do.

Of course, I'm an autumn person so...let's go!

We got turquoise chairs!

I've had my eye on these for so long. (Years.) Tracy picked them up for me this week. Can't you just see us sitting here enjoying some peppermint tea?

Bombshell: The Hedy Lamarr Story

(I had no idea.)

I read two captivating books this week, Bright Line Eating, and in a completely different vein, The Naked Now.

I've been rocking that Mermaid Material mug this week.

I've also been working on a new offering.

Normally, I would wait and share this when it's complete and ready to go, but I keep feeling the urge to just tell you about it, ask you about it, even,

My free subscriber list opt-in, Mornings With Mary, has been available for several years now and is still popular. People often reach out to let me know that they've enjoyed it, which makes me so, so happy.

It's a very simple little ebook of writings and images that I created based on my morning meditations in the garden.

It seems that Mornings With Mary has served as a bit of a gateway for some people who are interested in the sacred feminine, or a Marian devotion, but aren't sure where to begin; both those familiar with or within the Christian tradition, and those on other spiritual or religious paths.

I love that.

I've also had a few people respond to my rosary stories asking if I would talk more about that practice or Mother Mary in general.

I've never been quite sure how to navigate this territory professionally, but lately it's been calling and calling and calling to me.

So...what I'm in the process of developing is an self-guided e-book/course about praying with Mary, finding the sacred feminine within, developing intuition, and the energy of receiving. It's a course about prayer and meditation, about devotion, about finding that holy temple moment in every day...

And I need your help.

If this offering stirs up your interest, I'd truly love to hear from you.

  • What speaks to you about this?
  • Could you tell me a little bit about why such a thing is appealing to you?
  • What you would hope it might include?
  • Or even any fears or trepidation you might have around it?
  • I would so appreciate your thoughts.

I usually create quickly. This one is being developed   s l o w l y.

I'm taking that as a sign that I'm on to something.

Thank you, and have a beautiful weekend.
