the love list

What I Loved This Week

This week’s Studio Talk was a peek into my kitchen, but I also talked about recent energies, which have felt…intense.

Anyone else feel that way?

Lots of unearthing and unmasking of old and deep emotional stuff.

Lots of feeling like I’m caught up in a tidal wave.

The list of really important pressing things that I need to get done as soon as possible is heavy, but I did manage to accomplish a few things this week, including a bit of work in the yard.

Consider this your daily reset.

Beautiful Sedona. I wish to visit you.

“The early compromises we make while the root chakra is forming can reinforce the misunderstanding that it is unsafe to be oneself.”

I want one of these. Obviously.

This is on Netflix. I’ve watched it twice and will watch it again.

In related news, I want one of these.

I had a lovely lunch with two people I love.

My nieces shared some incredible artwork with me.

The rain was beautiful, the coffee was warm, and some things that have felt stationary for a long time might possibly be moving.

So all is truly well.

Have a beautiful weekend, beloved.

xoxo,

Lori-Lyn
