It’s Friday and time for the Love List
BECAUSE NOTICING LITTLE MOMENTS OF BEAUTY AND LOVE REALLY DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LIFE AND THE WORLD
Last weekend, we celebrated the Summer Solstice with Tracy’s family. (And I wore my favorite dress of all time. My brother in law said, “That dress is YOU!” and he was right!)
It was beautiful and good to be together and the Air BnB was seriously sweet.
Check out this beauty:
For a while there, it felt like we were living in a rain forest here in Kentucky, but the sun has made an appearance and now everything is toasty and golden and summer-like.
I finished up my current Prayer Painting commissions and cleared a bit of clutter this week. (I’m cleaning for houseguests, which is the best sort of cleaning.)
I’ve been loving a cup of tulsi tea in the evenings and my yarrow + pink fluorite essence three times a day.

Can you imagine going to a private concert with Krishna Das?
Earth sounds from space. Wow.
I just hung up some new prayer flags and I’m thinking about going out in search of flowers for the empty pots in the yard.
I hope you have a happy, sunny weekend.
I hope you find peace and joy.
I hope you walk barefoot on the grass and drink a cup of something delicious.
I hope a butterfly lands on your shoulder or you meet a hummingbird eye to eye.
I hope you know how abundantly loved you are.
P.S. This week’s song is from a band that has become an obsession for me. I have them in heavy rotation over here.
